Can you please tell me what you look for in your credit union or bank?
Why do you bank where you bank?
What do you WANT from your bank or CU?
What do you like that they already do?
Please give me your feedback!!! I'd greatly appreciate it. And yes, this has something to do with my job. LOL.

I suppose I'll answer a few of you questions to help you out!
I have both a bank and a credit union and although I have been with my bank since I was about 16 years old my credit union give me better rates and advantages. I still have my checking account through my bank just because of direct deposit and direct withdrawls it's a lot easier.
I think I want what anyone wants, better rates, friendly customer service and FREE MONEY! J/K but it would be nice.
One thing my bank does do is, I accumulate points that I can use towards other stores, catalog items or I can get a cash out option after so many points have been accumulated. That is another thing that keeps my checking account at my bank.
